Very helpful staff who squeezed us into there meal schedule (although we hadnt requested it in advance) and told us how the laundry worked for us to process our own laundry. Great stay, many thanks!

Ok but the rooms are smaller than what they look on the photos. Nice little swimming pool with jacuzzi, very pleasant

A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road.

I'd already been there twice before and was completely satisfied. But this time I was very disappointed. It started with the fact that my credit card had already been charged the morning before my arrival. Then, unlike my previous visit, I was given a very, very small room, even though I had requested the same room. Finally, the quality of the food in the restaurant had also been downgraded. The most positive thing was the very friendly lady at the reception who even went out of her way to place me in a slightly better room.

Wonderful little hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean. The children loved the on site pool. Would thoroughly recommend.
