We were welcomed really well and looked after. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist queries at all hours. The breakfast options was plentiful, delicious and filling. We were also allowed to leave valuables as we continued exploring the area past our check out time.

Çok anlık bulduğum bir yerdi. İş seyatindeyken rastladım venezia otele ve konaklamaktan çok keyif aldığım bir yer oldu. Kahvaltısı 10 numara ilgi alaka deseniz harika, insanı ev konforunda hissettirebilen nadir işletmelerden birisi venezia otel. Burdan tekrar tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum.

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss zugeteilt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, wir hätten dieses Zimmer so gebucht, was jedoch nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Boden lag noch Müll vom vorherigen Gast, auf der Bettwäsche befanden sich Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem war der Duschkopf defekt und die Toilettenspülung war extrem laut. Während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Auch frische Handtücher mussten wir uns jedes Mal selbst holen, anstatt dass diese automatisch ausgetauscht wurden. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns später ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss gezeigt wurde. Dieses war deutlich sauberer, moderner und insgesamt in einem wesentlich besseren Zustand als unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Außerdem war es komplett anders aufgebaut, sodass wir den Eindruck hatten, dass wir nicht die gleiche Zimmerkategorie erhalten haben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal stets freundlich war. Dennoch reicht Freundlichkeit allein leider nicht aus, wenn Sauberkeit und Service so deutlich zu wünschen übrig lassen.

Odalar temiz, kullanışlı, sade. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili. Kahvaltıyı ben beğendim açıkçası, özellikle patates kızartmasını ve sahanda yumurtayı epey beğendim. Havuz öyle büyük değil fakat boyu epey ideal. Konumu da gayet güzel, park sorunu da yaşamadık. Fiyat performans yeri diyebilirim.

Otelin tanıtım, lokasyon oda özellikleri ile görsellerden uzak bir odasında kaldığım için pişman olduğum konaklamaydı. eksikliklerin giderilmediği sürece kesinlikli önermiyorum. ne bu eksikler, eski paslı, yamuk yumuk ezilmiş çöp kutusunun değiştirilmesi, duş takımının değiştirilmesi, odaya terlik konulması, havluların düzenli olması, balkonun temiz olması, oda ikramlarının gelişi güzel değil de özenli yerleştirilmesi, elbise dolabı içindeki yedek yastığın temiz bir poşete konulması, aynı dolabın içinde açık elektrik tesisatının kapatılması, oda kapılarının arkadan kilitlenmesi için anahtar değil de sabit aç kapa kilit konulması, resepsiyonda bir personelin olması, dışarıdan elini kolunu sallayarak girişin engellenmesi, mutfağın kapısının açık bırakılmaması, vs vs vs. işler var. özetle vasat ötesi bir deneyimdi. teşekkürler.
