Location Staff did not show how to operate the TV, the AC, the shower head, nor the rusty looking stove. The store was very old. I was afraid to touch the stove. There were no disposable cups in the bathroom, for oral care. There was no complimentary 6 once bottles of water, no box of tissue, no paper towel, or cloth kitchen towel. The lock on the door appeared weak. There was floss treader on the bed. I did not use any. There an uneven step at the top of the first flight of the stairs (ascending, where one can mis-step going in either direction: " WATCH YOUR STEP" Other wise , the stay was alright.

Never had a chance to try breakfast or check out the beach as we were there only to sleep due to flight delays. We had a room with twin beds and there were no blankets - only top sheets .. air conditioning worked well

The cleanliness and work by staff was outstanding. The Pool and premises were very beautiful. The nearness to the beach and good shopping is excellent. The things to be improved are the Internet. It was working well for two weeks and after the hotel was under new ownership it cut in and out. The Fridge leaked water. A promise to repair was not carried out in 3 weeks. The room safe was broken. The promise of replacement was not carried out. When using the phone to contact reception the 100 number given did not work. Luncheon on a Sunday with three people and after ordering took 1 hr 30 minutes to receive food. It is a lovely Hotel and I hope they can remedy the things mentioned.
