The access to the rooms is unnecessarily complicated and completely unsuitable for guests with disabilities or anyone carrying luggage. A staff member greets you at the entrance, but to reach your room you first have to walk through a large restaurant while people are dining around you. Then you go down 8–10 steps, open another door, walk about 80–100 steps, turn right, walk another 10–15 steps, open another door, and continue for another 20–30 steps. You then use your room card to enter the corridor where the rooms are located and finally walk to your room. The Wi-Fi was another major issue. There was no signal in my room. When I called reception, their solution was to go out into the corridor to catch the Wi-Fi signal and then return to the room, saying it would continue working. This is simply not an acceptable solution for guests who need reliable internet, especially for business or remote work. The hotel should seriously improve accessibility and provide reliable Wi-Fi inside every room. The current arrangement makes reaching the rooms unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient.

I stayed here for a couple of days with my dog and it was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The place was clean, quiet and relaxing. I had a room with a garden, I truly enjoyed it. Everything was well communicated! I felt welcome and so did my dog! Again the staff was amazing
