We prefer not to make negative comments about places in which we have stayed however our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. With temperatures in the high 20's the air conditioning was not working in the afternoon, through the evening and into the day of our departure. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street and spent a massively uncomfortable night where we had to choose between overheating or leaving the doors open to ongoing noise right through the night. The staff were unable to assist with even a fan, and told us it was hotel wide. While we completely understand things happen, we were disappointed to not hear back from the hotel despite registering our concern as we left on a 24 hour trip home following minimal sleep.

Very polite staff, fantastic breakfast (you need to try the omelette), great shuttle service from the parking spot and clean rooms. The location could not be better.

The bed was not good. Every movement in the bed caused noise so bad night sleep. If you turned over, or got out, very loud.

Had a balcony overlooking the harbor. Great breeze, convenient to anyplace in town. Breakfast was a fantastic buffet.... probably the best we have had in our last month traveling Europe. Would recommend. Ferry to Venice boards across the street.
