Do not stay here!!! Pictures are very deceiving. It is old and worn. Our unit had significant damage to the hallway floor and they would not switch units or refund our money for the nights we paid for if we checked out. They offered a 10% discount which I have not seen in my account. On top of that someone was arrested in the building during our stay. Very sketchy. Do not stay here!!!!

Not easy to park the car. The lobby is dirty and the furniture is worn. The apartment is large and has a nice view but the price is way above what it is worth. There is a lot of maintenance needed in this apartment. There was silverfish in the bathroom. Silicone was mouldy. It should be more clean.

Positives: Check in was a breeze; receptionist was as friendly and informative about the area. Location is fantastic for shopping and easy access to the subway system. Significant opportunities: Rooms have become very rundown with paint peeling in a number of places. Furniture (couches) need replacing. Most problematic - no sufficient air conditioning. Owner provided fans, which had limited effect.
