Overall, most of the we liked this hotel and definitely will return, however some minor issues like elevator bottom were loose, faucet in our room wasn't working properly

The only negative was that breakfast felt sterile. Every single part of this hotel is fabulous and if complaining about a sterile breakfast hall (atmosphere) is the only thing I can think of ... Well.... That says everything. A very uber rated hotel and a fabulous price tag.

The rooms are big and nice. Breakfast is decent but definitely less than other places we have been in Indonesia-they also charge for cappuccino for instance. And only starts at 7am so we had to skip it one day because we had an early activity. The pool is nice and so it the gym -but standard opening time is only 7am and had to plead to open it one hour earlier. The big issue is that they tried to charge me 5m idr for a towel that we used to clean up a spiked cola and had to fight for them to not do that. Additionally they were still doing construction at 1am and had to call the reception to get it stopped. The property is nice but overall not well managed.
