Rooms were not as advertised. King studio with kitchen has solar hot water so mornings and cloudy days, you will not get hot water. The pool definitely left something to be desired. We did not see it cleaned while we were there. Hotel unfortunately had a very run down feeling but has huge potential. Great location. Great staff. Rooms were cleaned well but not every day. We would still return but choose a different room. The location is the best part.

The rooms were just so wet and sticky feeling … they didn’t feel clean , area was not very safe feeling and I’m a local to DR , beach is across the street which is busy and the pool seemed nice but we were so disappointed we dint get in. Staff was efficient and friendly. No hot water . I personally wouldn’t stay again

Stayed here for five nights and I can honestly say I definitely got my money’s worth! Check in was easy with no complications at all. The front desk staff speak both English and Spanish. The location is incredibly convenient everything is walkable in this town. The restaurants and beach is right across the street. The property has a large pool, a second pool, and a convenient bar right by the pool. Overall, it definitely met my expectations, and the room looked exactly like the pictures. I also felt very safe thanks to the gated entrance and 24 hour security. Whether you’re staying for just one night or more than five, this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it!

I didn’t have hot water to shower which was a big bummer. I told it to the staff but all they could say was- yes it’s not easy. Which was disappointing. There is only hot water if you shower before 5pm. Also the doorman in the entrance of the property was super rude and made me feel really uncomfortable multiple times . I’m solo traveling and those kind of thing really ruins my feeling. He was Haitian and he talked to me rude and loud voice. Got upset every time I knocked on the door to enter. Besides him- the rest of the staff were amazing and professionals.
