Room was big but seems like it hasn’t been renovated for years. Bed wasn’t particularly big or comfortable

Very noisy, had two different men knocking at my door overnight, another many loudly vomiting at 5am with people shouting, arguing and doors banging from 5am. Annoyingly, I didn’t notice the complimentary earplugs next to the kettle until the morning. As a lone female traveller I felt quite unsafe through the night. The room had a mouldy curtain, a ripped net curtain, blocked sink, sticky-feeling carpet, musty smell in the room, dirty mugs, stained walls, tatty headboard and filthy skirting boards. If I’d had the money for another hotel, I would’ve left and booked somewhere else.

Disgusting, dirty , signs of drug use , pictures nothing like the ones on line , unsafe , smashed windows , and now I’m £217 out of pocket and it’s a nightmare trying to get it back

I booked this hotel.for my son., after reading really positive reviews. His stay was really bad. Seemed to be a hotel for homeless . Bed really uncomfortable and craked with every turn .Hotel very noisy during the night. Fire alarm went off at 0300 , and then someone knocked at his bedroom door at 0500 , looking for 13 pence !!!!!!. He had very little sleep and had to work today. Definitely a bad choice
