I stayed here for two nights in October when attending a convention at the Long Beach Convention Center. This property is walking distance to the Convention Center. This is a no frills hotel, though it feels more like a motel. The room was clean. There is a coffee shop on the premises, I did not try it. They have enough parking, it is mostly uncovered parking, I do not like that they charge you $15.00 per night to park your car. The room rate $115.00 per night.

My wife always sprays the room with Lysol and as she lifted the pillow a small cockroach was there. We spoke to management regarding refund but they said it was out of their hands since we booked it with hotels.com. It was too late and try and book another room so we stay at the location and left early in the morning.

Hello, The area was slightly sketchy and the parking lot was not secured. There were too many individuals walking through the lot and hanging out throughout the establishment. The room was okay but smelled of cigarettes. We had to spray cologne sparingly around the room including the bedsheets.

The location of this property is great. 10 mins walk to the beach. But the amenities and overall property could have been better. Rooms smell.
