Very comfortable room with nearly full kitchen that allowed me to save money on dinners and other meals. Very nice hot breakfast. I attended a conference at the Colorado Convention Center and TownePlace cost less than half the convention area hotels.

Location out of centre but convenient, look for red sign on roof makes it easy to find. Parking at property seemed expensive. Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast had hot and cold options and breakfast staff friendly and helpful with gluten free request. Restaurants in easy walking distance. Overall nice place to stay but you need a car or use taxis Uber.

Great location for medical stuff. 20-30 minute walk to downtown. Hotel staff were amazing - nice and helpful. Spacious, clean suite. Hotel building is just a bit old and dated.

As soon as we walked into our room, we could smell mold and mildew, the curtains had moth holes in them, the bathroom had mold on the wall, and when we pulled out the pullout bed, it had a urine and blood on it. We immediately went to the front desk and told them that we would not be staying there. We were issued a refund, but it is not be acceptable for a hotel to maintain their property like this. It is a health hazard.

I loved that I could reserve a 2 bedroom. They also offer studios and one bedrooms. The staff was super nice and were not stingy with towels. Breakfast was okay. They should have oatmeal made instead of packets. Waffle maker would have been nice as well but they did serve hot eggs. They had bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hot food like sausage and eggs.
