WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM. A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking or before entry, whichever is first. Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels. Guests not staying overnight are welcomed. Loud, disruptive parties are not. A total of 3 cabins and a 1.5-acre pond sit on 5 acres behind our home estate, separated by a privacy fence. Our Golden Retriever, Kevin, occasionally greet guests. Live music plays on weekends at the local bait store, Just Add Water, and Pyramid Acres Marina during lake season- it carries across the field to the cabins. Located in Marion, this cabin is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Shawnee National Forest and Ferne Clyffe State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Marion Cultural and Civic Center and Williamson County Fairgrounds. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hunting and hiking nearby.
