Good location and within walking distance from the train station. The rooftop bar is not always available, as it is rented out for private events. If you're on the top floors, there's a great view of the city. It would have been nice to have a buffet sort of breakfast included as part of the room billing

The elevator rattles. You should have printed paper where things are like : gym floor, hours, equipment, where second like for bathroom. That there was a $45 a day fee for water bottles, coffee. We came in very late Wednesday, had to call up to have sheets etc for pull out sofa. Sofa bed of sub par quality, door to balcony very hard to open, Facets right side difficult to turn. We left a tip for house keeping didn’t realize a $ 95 a day for coming twice a day and facilities. Next time I will be more careful of what paying for. We had a wedding Thursday morning and left Friday about 9 am. No one upon our late entry offered us a cart to bring things up, just turn left and take the elevator. We were truly looking for a place to stay for future dates, close to our family. We know neighborhood better now. Was a lot of money to just sleep, shower, now we know. Beautiful sun rise in the morning, can be noisy with all the construction. No one mentioned parking to us, but this trip was so short we took the train in.

I had to wait too long for room getting ready. Found the lobby area very poorly mantained and visibly dirty around ceiling lights. Lastly the bathroom faucet are showing visible ware are tear..

The hotel itself and our room in particular were phenomenal. We happened to be there during a conference which seemed to take over the lobby and public spaces and a central restaurant, so that was a bit inconvenient and unpleasant. That said, the staff could not have been livelier, I believe we were upgraded to a corner room with a massive terrace and the location for walking., dining, recreating, could not be beat. Can’t wait to come back!!

Friendly staff, clean spacious room! Loved the balcony and pool. We had an issue where the door lock battery went dead and we couldn’t get in. They sent someone up at 11:30pm to fix and then called us and offered to comp our pool tab for our troubles! Amazing service.
