Housekeeping was good. It was the front desk. The customer service when we was checking in was very poorly it was other managers. They handled certain customers Rheo disrespectful while they’re in there we had a great time.

Don't be fooled. The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North is a 3-star property. The Entry, Grounds, and Hotel Lobby may mislead you into believing that you've entered a 4 to 5-star property. However, the reality is that the rooms are sub-par. Everything went smoothly during the check-in process. However, upon entering my room I noticed that the *light bulb in the foyer was out. I called for a replacement; and had to wait more than 30 minutes for the matter to be resolved. 3-Stars [or less] . . . 1) Lack of oversight to ensure the room was in *tip-top shape before rental. 2) The in bathroom / available for sale WESTIN Bath Robe had pink "stains" on the belt. 3) There were multiple holes/tears in the flat - in lieu of FITTED - sheet on my bed; and the flat sheet did NOT reach the bottom/foot of the bed. 4) The "renovated" room appeared shabby in-as-much-as the paint was peeling in the corners of the bathroom door.

Our room had an terrible odor. The bathroom was very small. Location was good. Parking was not too costly.

About 12 minutes from The Select and City Springs Theater. Will definitely stay here again when we go to a show!!

The breakfast was excellent. The pool is somewhat small, and the fitness center is adequate but limited. I was expecting a somewhat nicer fitness center, but it was okay for a traveler. The rooms are clean and nice with bathroom area somewhat below size. Very convenient for Marta and anything in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta. Overall, a nice four star with just a small amount of age showing.

The location on the lake was so nice! The property offers several seating areas overlooking the fountain on the lake, which was a peaceful and beautiful addition to the stay. I will definitely book rooms at this property again.
