Such a perfect location for the beach and all things coastal! Breakfast was wonderful and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy. As a typical Inn, the rooms are located above the pub so it does get a little noisy in the late evening but still able to sleep and beds were extremely comfortable.

The staff were warm & very friendly willing to help at all times in any way.The food was good at all times.The room very comfortable.The location was excellent being only yards from the promenade.Excellent area for children with lots to do.

Staff were very helpful & went the extra mile. Couldn’t fault them. Breakfast took a while to arrive but was freshly cooked to order & was very filling. Lovely room, very comfy king bed, Nice to be able to see partial view of sea.

The hotel was good, clean modern rooms , car park and great location. However in the morning they were short staffed and the breakfast service was a joke, people waiting over 30 minutes to get their tea or coffee. If they were let down last minute and short staffed there were simple things a decent hotel manager could have resolved very easily . They simply could have put kettle , tea and coffee on the continental breakfast table , explained short staff so please help yourself but no speciality coffees able to be served . Also if they had informed you when you arrived for breakfast they could have taken order and you could have gone back to your room, maybe loaded your car, and then come back for breakfast. The food was good when it came out and was such a shame that no member of staff tried to find solutions to a problem which could have been managed and then people would not have been complaining at them. Management need to think about this and have contingency plans .
