I’ve been using the Vermont for over 20 years. Great hotel and Staff. But this recent visit was awful. We ended up on floor 10. The noise of the club on floor 11 was dreadful. No sleep till 3am. We ended up leaving at 06.30 without breakfast to go home and sleep. We spoke to the Staff who apologised but that was it. Very poor I’m afraid. Dissapointing but sadly that was the outcome. The hotel manager wasn’t available but will hopefully see this and make amens

The hotel is wonderful, the personnel helpful. The room are big and the hotel is perfectly located at the center, close to the Tyne. The breakfast is huge and composed with a lot of quality products

11th floor room 1104. Nice castle view, train noise but cant complain as next to Central Station. Comfy double bed, good lighting and mirrors. Nice 2 x chairs to relax in. Bathroom clean and bright. Appears to have been recently renovated. Good location to quayside and monument/ Elton square shopping Only downside £20 for 24hour parking.

Very clean, very helpful staff. Top floor (11) has a club above it so very loud during events. Renovations are nice.
