Clean room, easy check-in and friendly staff. The location is nice because it’s convenient to nearby cafes/shops/restaurants and an easy walk to the city center but not in too busy of an area.

It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction.

The stay was okay. The host very nice. Breakfast is continantal and you need to make it for yourself but everything is there. The room and bathroom was very clean and quiet.

The owner met us at the door, explained how to get in, use the facilities. Continental breakfast provided, parking right in front, walkable to restaurants for dinner, short drive into lWaterford.

Location is great! Room was good. Easy to make and get breakfast in the morning. Problem I had was the card machine was broken and not enough cash so inconvenient! Hadn’t paid yet on Expedia so became a problem.
