We booked this hotel because the photos looked great. It looked clean and updated. However, when we checked in we were informed the pool was closed for maintenance, it was closed the entire weekend. The kids were bummed. We liked the location as it was close to everything- food and shopping. The room was GROSS. The wallpaper had rips and stains all over it. The carpet was disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been washed in years. The television was glitchy and very dated. The curtains looked dirty and wrinkly. I was very disappointed. We were in town for a tournament and there were little to no options for an alternative stay. We stuck it out but did I regret spending $600 on a stay that looks like it was a motel 6? YES. I wish I could attach photos, it was absolutely awful. Do not book.

The property is definitely in need of updating, but in its current state, it is well maintained. The staff were great…especially Daniel. He went out of his way to find a NCAA football game on one of the TV’s in the lounge for us. Loved the fresh popcorn. The bed was very comfortable, however carpets were stained. Good size bathroom - plenty of counter space and clean. Parking was convenient and didn’t mind paying for secure proximity to the hotel. Enjoyed chatting with the international athletes that live on the 3rd floor - taking up residency as part of an ice hockey academy in the hotel.

The hotel felt dated and showed noticeable signs of wear. The property would benefit from some updates and better ongoing maintenance.
