The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and very beautiful inside.

The hotel staff was very attentive. However the hotel was remodeling the swimming pool so there was noise every day in their outdoor patio area. Understand the reality but meant that a nice protected outdoor area wasn’t available.

Our stay was excellent! The staff was very nice and very helpful. The location is prime for all sorts of eateries bars and entertainment. Definitely will be staying back here again!

I would like to suggest that the carport gets pulled because it has an old mildew smell. I’ve visited twice and the water from the rain makes it worse.

Bathroom could use some extra attention. French doors need some maintenance to improve noise reduction in our side street room. Concerns brought to management were promptly addressed. Great location in the French Quarter if being in the midst of the action is the goal.

Terrible experience. We booked corner executive room with private balcony. When we arrived at night, they said the ac in our room was out of order, they are currently fixing it and they will fix it overnight (even called the engineer to confirm the ac was out of order) and they will give our room the next day. I demanded to see the room with problem ac, but they refused to do that. It was a red flag to me. So they gave as a room for that night, The room had a terrible smell. We thought it is probably from intensive cleaning, but next morning the smell was there. It was not from cleaning but from possibly mold. It was a very toxic smell that we could not sleep all night. Also the room was full of ants. Next morning the reception was fully unaware of the "out of order ac" story. So it turned out that the room that we reserved was given to someone else. So the reception manager from previous night lied to us. Anyway on that dat day we got the room that we supposedly booked, corner executive room that be more than 700 sq ft. It was WAY to small than that. The balcony was not looking to the street as they advertised but was looking to roofs of other buildings. So terrible look. We stayed that day and cancel the stay at that hotel and booked another hotel in the area and moved out. Very disappointed. It is always better to tell the truth, but they lied and then tried to fix it, but it was not acceptable. Anyway, will not recommend the hotel
