The location was exactly on the promenade, perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing. However a bit noisy with people walking by. No air conditioning makes it warm in the summer. They provided a large fan and the windows opened. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice value for the location.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was comfortable and everything we needed was provided in the room. When checking in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was just a shame that Seaside was fogged in during our whole stay as we had booked a seafront facing room and never got see the ocean.

Front desk Lotus was very pleasant & helpful. Room was dead with bottled water, candy & a friendly welcome note. I only wished I could adjust the A/C up. There was a portable fan that was helpful. Coffee was amazing.

Ocean front rooms, parking ok for even big rigs. Rooms small but ok. Table and chairs not so comfy. Rooms clean. Conveniently close to the shopping and dining by the turnaround.

Location location location … right on the boardwalk and easy walk to town! Staff very friendly and helpful and acted on our requests immediately! Room was clean, bed very comfortable but the chairs were hard so couldn’t sit long to enjoy the view from our window.
