We had an issue with our room the first night, being in the front of the hotel it is very noisy. The next morning Theresa at the front desk was able to move us to a quieter section and the rest of the stay was excellent…Theresa went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated and enjoyed our stay…..She’s a definite asset to the Morgan Hotel!

The location was great, as it's in the heart of the Temple Bar area. I would say the staff was less than courteous. The seem to work on their schedule, for example, If you are sitting at the bar and the bartender is doing something else, he will complete the task prior to taking you order. t should be, once you sit at the bar, you should be served first and nit wait for the bartender to finish polishing a wine glass.

Booked at The Morgan Hotel via a platform, there was a system error, the booking didn’t get confirmed properly and the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t honour the reservation. The error was unknown to me but we were greeted warmly and the staff explained the situation and noted what they had done to resolve. They had transferred the booking to a sister hotel a few minutes away at no cost to us, offered transportation, and organized a courtesy breakfast at the hotel. Despite the error the staff were professional, quick to allay our concerns and we appreciated their thoroughness in making sure we didn’t have anything to do apart from a quick relocation. It was a busy time in Dublin but the other hotel was of equal standard and we had a lovely stay. While we didn’t stay in The Morgan Hotel the standard of care we received and the effort taken to make sure the error didn’t become our problem to deal with in any way indicates this is their normal standard, and was very impressed.

We had a very nice stay at The Morgan Hotel. The property was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only thing we felt was missing was a pool and Jacuzzi. Those amenities would have made an already enjoyable stay even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Morgan Hotel.
