Evelator was down when we were checking out. Staff was helpful and brought our luggage down. We were on the 4th floor.

Rooms are clean, area is clean, hotel view is amazing and everything is beautiful. Freeways getting to the hotel are a bit confusing and they are strict when entering the hotel parking lot. The dining experience at the restaurant Fuego in the hotel is great.

Overall this place was good. The restaurant Fuego definitely needs more staff to work the cafe as it took way too long to get our breakfast and drinks in a timely manner.

Great hotel if you are sailing on a carnival cruise. I would highly recommend it.

The room with the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Spacious and super clean! It was also very quiet which made for peaceful nights of sleep. Fuego was a great place to spend for happy hour and dinner. Great service from the bartenders even though there were so many customers. One suggestion I have would be to have a free coffee station set up in the lobby for hotel guests - especially for when people have to check out prior to Fuego opening at 7am. All in all, it was a great stay and the hotel is located in a great location. Hope to be back again one day !
