Great hotel, very helpful and accommodating staff. The queue for breakfast couple mornings was a bit inconvenient so maybe a suggestion to streamline that a bit better! Spa is fab!

Firstly, at the time of the check-in i was told i am being given a special room with a special view. It would have been better if that wasnt mentioned in the first place - bcoz moment i stepped in - i saw the view of a terrace with AC outlets. Best to not create high expectations - know your hotel. secondly, for a 5 star hotel to not have an iron in the room or on the floor and not mention while checking in is crazy- it took them 30 mins in the morning to get me the iron and we could see that no one was really helping on that front ...it seems like the usual timing. I could have called for the iron much earlier if i was informed that this needs to be booked and not miss my breakfast to leave for work.

Hotel was good and staff was very friendly and respectful. I was traveling with my wife. We were not asked smoking or non smoking room. When we went to room very bad smell of smoke had little hard to breathe. We call the front desk to request a non smoking room. The person at the desk told us she will check with her manager and call us back. We waited for a little while when we didn't hear from the front desk we went down to the front desk and there was a person who immediately switched the room for us Looks like she was authorized to do so.
