Propert was older, but nice. The location was a prime spot. Pretty much across the street from the beach and down the block from prestige shopping and dining. Close to the royal hawaiian center. By day three we were able to find short cuts through the other hotels to get where we were going quickly. The pool is not much so we did not visit that. Would stay again.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and I truly appreciated their service. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made our stay extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The room was very dated, and most importantly, the air conditioning was not working. If the hotel was aware of the AC issue, I believe guests should have been notified before arrival so we could make an informed decision to cancel and book another hotel. Staying in a room without working AC was extremely uncomfortable and not what I expected when making the reservation. To make matters worse, my sister and her family, who were also staying at the hotel, found a large cockroach in their room on the 26th floor. This raised additional concerns about the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Given these issues, I believe a more appropriate resolution would have been to waive at least one night's room charge. While I appreciate that the parking and resort fees were waived, that did not adequately compensate for the significant discomfort and poor room conditions we experienced. This was my first experience staying at a budget hotel, and unfortunately, it has left me very hesitant to do so again. I hope management will review our experience and consider providing additional compensation, particularly a refund for at least one night of our stay.

Great location. Convenient shop on lobby level. Having a small kitchen was great and a money saver. Not fancy, but clean and close to everything.

Stayed here before and always love coming back. This was just a quick 2 night stay but still great. Love location as close to beach and restaurants shops

The a/c did not get as cool as I would have wanted, but everything else was great. I would stay here again.
