An excellent two night stay with attentive staff and very good food.The only slight quibble is that the bedrooms are rather small.

The pub was lovely, the room was clean , quite small for the price but ok. Only improvement i would make is to put brighter bulbs in the bedside lights so you can read at night, they were very dim!

The staff were excellent - when we first checked in we found the room, as it had been styled in a certain way, was very dark and not what we wanted. They could not change our room on the first night as they were full but offered us a choice of rooms for the second night. They could not have been more accommodating.
