Most were really helpful. Had an issue at the breakfast buffet staff was rude and did t want to help. Had to ask multiple times for certain items on the buffet as they had ran out. Buffet price was too high for the food options and quality of food during breakfast. Espresso machine was awesome. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing .Close to everything and Prezzo accross the street is a must try place to eat if you are there

Dated hotel but clean and amenities were amazing. The laundry, water stations, guest amenity closet and the breakfast buffet were good! Downside was the 3am fire alarm that took over an hour to resolve since there’s been past issues with the fire alarm

The hotel is lovely, but the air conditioning leaves much to be desired. It is not cool. The air condition works, so it seems there is some regulator limiting the cold temperature.

We spent 3 nights here during our recent visit to London. The location is perfect - one block from the Thames and easy walking distance to all of the historical attractions. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is old and a little tired but the location makes it great choice!
