It was convenience to Times Square and to other places, but the hotel itself it’s a little rundown mold in the bathroom

room was a bit patchy in terms of paint and finish. The big problem was that there was no hot water in the mornings

Great location. Decent hotel. They do not provide coffee unless requested and even then they don't always have it. The room needed some maintenance and repairs but the bed was comfortable. The cost at the desk was a bit more than expected.

Staff was great, room was tiny but clean. The main complaint is the window unit air conditioners. You could hear every honk and siren so if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Can't beat the location!

I found the property clean although worn around the edges. Most of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful. The last day of my stay there was no hot water for my morning shower. And this was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that they charged me to store my luggage for two hours after I had checked out.

How is it even safe to stay here? The elevators have a mind of their own. Hot water one day but not the next, the lights dim when the window AC unit cycles, AC can't keep even this tiny space cool, springs letting loose in the lumpy bed and a facilities uncharge for no facilities - not even a mini fridge. This is a nasty place and I do not recommend it. There are much better places around Times Square.
