It's a traditional B&B. Based on what you booked you might share a bathroom and toilets with others. Breakfast was basic but OK. Reverend Jannet was very welcoming and helpful. The place has a home feel to it. Parking is off site in a nearby street. Many stairs to the house.

Very eclectic B&B. My first experience if a B&B. Breakfasts were awesome & host was lovely. In a quiet part of town with great views. Easy to find. Room was good & warm. Easy to come & go as we pleased

The walk up the stairs is a heart-starter, but the stunning views from the accommodation make it well worth the effort. The owners and their foreign assistants were fantastic. They were willing to offer suggestions and answer our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The extras like Janet's barista coffees, the lolly stash, and the robes and slippers were a massive bonus.

10/10! Janet is the hostess with the mostest! She is so warm, friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We felt at ease and well looked after. From the delicious breakfast - including barista made coffee to your liking, homemade savouries and bread - to tips on what’s happening in the area, what to do and see, and even offering us some rain jackets to borrow when she heard we were going to do the Milford Sound cruise and didn’t have anything warmer than jumpers. Our room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Would absolutely recommend staying here! The stunning view is an added bonus.

We booked a 'standard room' and the expedia site said the room had a bathoom, turned out to be a shared bathroom which was very disappoining. Everything else about the property was nice. Great views, good food, a bit hard to park but the host was pleasant.
