Only a two night stay for work, and apart from having no hot water while I was there, everything else was fine. Parking fee is £10 per day.

Hotel needs updating, looking very tired. Was on the 7th floor only 1 lift working. Gym and pool not available. Location is good for Central Swansea

Great location, price and staff. Parking too. We had a room for 3 adults but only had two towels and there was no hot water from the shower. The kettle also didn’t look the cleanest and had limescale. It’s perfect if you want cheap and cheerful for a night out but if you want comfort or are taking older family and friends it misses those final touches

I think this was once a nice hotel. But it needs a serious amount of maintenance. The staff were great no problems there. And room was comfy enough but very scruffy in a number of places. Beds clean but that's about it. 2 small lofts one of which was not working. Luckily I was in second floor. However my room has an intermittent and very noisy leak of water outside the window from something. Also booked with hotels.com and somehow messed up my booking so hotel has me room only when I paid for breakfast. A real faff to sort out which I still haven't fully done although staff did give me breakfast on second day because I complained. The hotel is in a great location to get to all city locations though. Overall good trip but let down by poorly maintained room

The carpet was loose and worn. The windows were dirty. The shower did not have hot water.
