The water in the shower was not very hot , parking was expensive and very inconvenient, the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor the staff seemed to not care, floors in the main halls were not well kept and there was an odor throughout the hotel if we can have some money off that would be great this was my birthday trip and I wasn’t happy with the hotel I picked.

The hotel has mildew and mold problems. We were transferred to 3 rooms. As soon as you entered the 7 floor you can smell the mold. As I entered room 701 the stains and black mold outside the door it hits your face. The ac system in every room they gave us is unhealthy. Beware if you have allergies and asthma problems, you are going to get sick. We had to move to the hotel across the street.

Perfect location in Condado on the beach and good pool area but hotel not well maintained. Rooms run down to point can’t even read room numbers on doors. Broken telephone. Literally refused us a blanket despite multiple attempts. Only a few tv stations. Nothing opened on time often several hours late. Front and cleaning staff was courteous but working and wait staff did not appear to want to be there and intentionally refused to assist or would yell at guests . Honestly it felt like intentionally “sticking it to the gringo” even our young daughter. Way too expensive for the poor service and up keep.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Our room was big and a nice bathroom. Only thing I would say is our room lock was broken and didn't lock from inside the room.

We got moved twice for leaks through ceiling and no one was helpful - we are still waiting on compensation.
