Great traditional hotel in a lovely location just off the beaten track. Hotel staff were all very helpful. We had lunch and breakfast next day and food was excellent. Easy parking.

We were kept awake for hours due to local youths hanging out and making a racket just under our window On a positive note there was a Freddie Mercury tribute on in the bar which we enjoyed

We staying in room 154 and really enjoyed out stay. The accommodation is hundreds of years old with lots of features, but was clean and comfortable and we loved staying there. Our son managed to leave behind his treasured teddy which we did not realise until much later. When we rang staff were very helpful and located ted! Overall a great stay with excellent customer services!

Not a bad experience overall, nice convenient location. The hotel is also a pub so easy to get food and drink but can get pretty loud outside when people are leaving. The room was nice and spacious

Another good stay at this hotel, as it is so convenient for exhibitions at the NEC. Nice room, lovely deep bath, and it was really great that they provided a large desk fan for the room, to help with this heat! The food in the evening and breakfast were both great and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The perfect little find tucked away in the middle of the town. The room was excellent and the shower was lovely and warm. Even though it is over a pub you don’t get any noise at all.
