I booked a 5 night stay and left after 1 night due to insulting treatment. I invited a friend to have lunch and the staff would not allow her to enter. I demanded an explanation and they refused. I could not stay in such a place, so I told the front desk that I was checking out. They replied that my reservation was nonrefundable. We’ll see about that, as I told Amex they shouldn’t get a penny from me, except for the first night. FYI on my flight back to Miami, my seatmate said that he too was refused a lunch guest at Click Clack and will never stay there again. So it’s not just me.

The hotel is listed as a “5-Star” property but lacks many basic expected items that 5-Star hotel would possess. Items lacking are a spa, and reasonable and timely access to ground transportation, In addition, only 200 square foot gym for the entire hotel with poor ventilation, no wet area nor water provided (water containers were empty all 4 days of our stay! The hotel is only average at best and many other hotels with better facilities and services exist in Medellin. This hotel was a very disappointing experience.
