From the grounds, to housekeeping, the spa and the rooftop restaurant this is one of the best hotel I have stayed at. Even The pool cleaner Chebl saw I needed something and dropped everything to come help me. We were sad about missing the excellent breakfast because our plane left early so the front desk set us up with smoothies, cappuccinos and to go boxes for the airport. They work as a team here and it shows.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel in The chedi El Gouna. From the warm welcome and hospitality to the excellent service, everything was exceptional. I genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I really appreciated the Chedi for a number of reasons: 1) Very comfortable bed so I slept very well - beautiful room stylishly decorated, private, all the amenities (you don't have to bring a beach bag, already there). 2) Great service - from the preparations for my visit to solving some issues that occurred during the visit, services was brilliant. I really liked the ambassador whatsapp service, very responsive. 3) Amenities - I did two spa treatments (both with Sama, I can highly recommend her), excellent; had dinner at Nihon (excellent food) and the general restaurant (high standard), as well as benefiting from the pool and beach service - very responsive (try the Frosty Gin, very refreshing).
