Good, comfortable room. Excellent freshly made breakfast Lovely, friendly and helpful staff The restaurant side of the business has closed, but there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.

pub is now closed but rooms still availble, you would need to go to another pub which is a 2 mins drive or 20 min walk for dinner. Lovely owner, very friendly.

The owner and staff were great. It is an older building with great character but the bathroom was nice and modern.the premises were clean, the meals good and parking was easy.
