My first time staying at The Address in Citywest! The atmosphere was trendy and tranquil! Daniel was an amazing Front of House Manager! The rooms were spacious and inviting! The beds were beautiful and comfortable! The food offerings were great but the breakfast service was a disappointment! Food lukewarm and barely edible! I hate self service buffets! Staff were pretty efficient and brilliant especially Toma! 5 stars throughout all departments! Will definitely choose The Address Citywest again and would recommend to others!

A hotel desperately trying to move up from one star by trying to be hip. Pillows were great and abundant. EVERYTHING else makes it the worst place we have stayed in a long time. Avoid * no a/c no opening window just a small crack for any air. Hot humid and if you fart in the room it won’t go away all day because there is no air movement * Beds are hard as a rock. Don’t try to sleep on your side you will end up with a bruised hip * Wifi- yeah it teases you with an initial connection then drops out over and over right when you need it * Furniture is old and peeling, there were stickers on the inside of the bed sheets. Don’t know if they had not been laundered or were new and stickers had not been removed * Bathroom… tub won’t drain unless you take the stopper completely out, sides so slipped you can’t get under the water, the sink light is behind you so if you want to put in makeup you have to do it in the dark or in the hall * Secure Garage entrance is locked with no room key reader. You have to ring the front desk to get in every time * Did i mention no ac and no circulation? It’s a rough way to find out your wife really has gas issues

The property is very clean and relaxing. The North restaurant food was excellent and staff were very accommodating. But Sushant the night time guest services representative was absolutely wonderful, so thankful for his attention.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I especially want to recognize Sushant, who was working the overnight shift during our stay. One Our toddler experienced a night terror that lasted about an hour. We took him outside to help calm him down and even went for a late-night drive. When we finally returned, exhausted and hoping our son would stay settled, Sushant met us at the elevator and immediately asked if there was anything he could do to help. He kindly suggested bringing us some milk for our son and even offered to warm it for us. We gratefully accepted, and he also filled two bottles of water for us to take back to our room. It may seem like a small gesture, but in that moment it meant the world to us. His compassion, thoughtfulness, and genuine desire to help turned a stressful night into one where we felt truly cared for. Hospitality like that is rare, and Sushant exemplifies the very best of it. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be back and will enthusiastically recommend this hotel to friends and family.
