The room was clean, the TV wasn't working well, but a worker was sent to solve the problem. The furniture needs to be updated including the carpet.

The property is 4 floors with some rooms very far from the single Elevator there. Breakfast was below average. Not recommended

The room was disgusting. Mens liquid from below…stains on the bottom of the bed. AC in the room didn’t work and was very hot and stuffy. The staff moved us rooms but refused to refund me my room to find a cleaner place to stay. Unacceptable. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn’t take the heat in the rooms and hallways anymore. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Also the toilet kept backing up and had to call maintenance 2 times to help with the toilet.

Under staffed. Long wait to check in. They gave us free drink vouchers which was a nice touch. But at the bar if was one young lady who was unable to clean tables, didnt make drinks that matched what the menu said, but she remained pleasant under immense stress. Breakfast was a decent food lineup, but the items kept running out. Seemed as though there was a lack of management, to ensure cleanliness and overall better processes were being followed. Plenty of parking, but trash cans were full, so once again just an overwhelmed staff. Leadership needs to step up and help before this hotel loses their regular hotel guests

Our room was not the cleanest but was OK. Loud AC, missing lightbulbs and generally some maintenance needed. The lobby was horrible, very dimly lit and noisy when we arrived with large tables of people with their own coolboxes of food and drinks and a pool randomly in the midst of it all. Breakfast was pretty dire, a foght to find a free table, horrible coffee and the usual array of cheap items and single use plastic cutlery that make up a 'complimentary breakfast' nowadays. Ridiculously you had to pay $7 plus tax if you wanted an omelette. When I took my keycard back to reception and told the lady we were checking out she completely ignored me and didnt even look up from her phone. We had a message when we booked the room saying they were short staffed because people were on customer service training courses, I'm not sure if I believe that!

The hotel was just okay. The bathroom/shower was dirty. There was a hole in the arm rest of the chair. It just didn’t feel like the owners took much pride in the property. That said, the staff members were mostly helpful and pleasant. For a last minute/cheap booking, this place will suffice. You get what you pay for and this place was okay.
