Hotel is nicely maintained by numerous staff. Room were clean but dated. Stayed in room 109. Toilet seat broken, beds well worn and springy. Breakfast was ok, well maintained but options were not great tasting, in my opinion. Pool was nice but at closer inspection needs a good cleaning and resurfacing. The plants and trees were beautiful, very tropical. The hotel faces a waterfront area, no beach access and next to a park with homeless dogs and people lingering. The neighborhood is near the cruise port and not much else. A small local market and fast food restaurant are around the corner . Airport shuttle service is available which takes about 45 minutes to reach. Hotel is 2.5/5 stars but ok for a night before a cruise.

Staff are excellent - super friendly and very helpful. Food was very good but breakfast was repetitive. Only negative comment was that we booked a King Executive, only to be told one wasn't available because they were fully booked. After asking every day for three days we still weren't able to get the room WE PAID FOR, so I gave up asking.

Family of 5 with 2 rooms, stayed for almost 3 weeks. Enjoyed our stay, loved the breakfast everyday, wonderful staff. Rooms need updating with mobile charging ports and AC. Recommend Hotel to close all exterior doors at midnight instead of leaving it wide open all night, this will avoid pests and bugs in rooms. Thank you for the hospitality and will definitely come back.

I am a frequent traveller and had book executive rooms for 11 nights. rooms are not maintained. Had cockroaches in our room. We were then shifted to another room at 11.30pm at night where the bed had a leg missing. Our two nights was ruined as the kids got scared and couldn’t sleep well. Then we had noises from next door room and we could hear they speak. No privacy at all.
