Room was not clean, bathrooms smells and not clean. out of 7 days stay. I left early and booked another hotel. food not much of choice. Same thing everyday. staff was rude. i will not recommended.

We stayed here 5 years ago, no issues we enjoyed it - the food was excellent, cocktails were always done right. The rooms were small but everything worked and housekeeping was consistent, They would clean our room daily between 10-2. This year the food quality has dropped, adult beverages were absolutely bad, and the housekeeping would show up anytime from 1-4:30. I will not be spending my money here again.

The location of this resort is absolutely beautiful! All the rooms are ocean front! We had many issues with the AC units. In our first room, the AC was leaking on the floor. They said maintenance came and fixed it but they didn’t. 1 day later same issue. and the AC kept making a cricket sound all night long! They moved our room to another room. The AC in this room leaked as well but not as much as the other one.

Very outdated property. Shower door stuck. People complained of no hot water. Food was surprisingly good. Shuttle service was very slow. Needs major improvements/upgrades. Casino small but nice.
