We couldnt let our Luggage at the front desk of the hotel until we were going to the airport. Our flight was at 9h30 pm so it was late at the end of the day. It is noted that we have reserved a room at this hotel during our staying at this town for two days.

The first night we arrived we didn't have WiFi, there was some issue with connection. Also air-conditioned was no strong enough, room was still hot overnight.. However staff was pleasant and helpful with helping us to get around without internet i.e calling taxis

Extremely disappointing stay — poor communication, uncomfortable room, dishonest staff. I would not recommend this hotel. The communication was practically nonexistent, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. the room itself was very uncomfortable. It was hot, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the property is extremely outdated. The bathrooms were dirty, and the overall layout of the motel was strange, unpleasant, and not inviting. The entire property felt run-down and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the way they handled the room key at checkout. At checkout, the front desk specifically asked me where the key was. I told them clearly that I had left it on top of the table in the room. The front desk acknowledged this and told me that it was okay and not to worry about it. I left assuming the matter was settled. About an hour after checking out, I received an email saying that I was being charged $20 USD for a “lost key.” Seriously? I had specifically told the front desk where I left the key, they acknowledged what I told them, and they told me not to worry about it. Yet they still charged me afterward. If the key was actually missing, why wasn't I told that at checkout when I specifically addressed the issue? What made the experience even worse was the lack of communication and the feeling that nobody was really taking responsibility for anything. Even a small issue like the key could have been handled better.

Property was basically but functional for an early morning flight. Easy to walk to the airport.Staff was helpful.

A clean room with helpful staff - but not sound-proof. We were in the special needs accessible room on the main floor and could hear every single person with their luggage coming up and down the stairs. Make sure you have good sound-canceling earbuds!

The hotel is aged and very basic. The only positive aspect was the location. Our room had the ugliest view one could possibly imagine which contributed greatly to the overall depressing impression. The damp smell permeated the room which raises health questions !
