This is the #1 hotel to stay in in all of Izmir. Their amenities are unbeatable and their restaurants are amazing. They have extensive gardens to walk I. Unlike any other hotel and the location is awesome

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for one night in a fully prepaid Executive Sea View Room. From check-in onward, the experience was deeply disappointing. At reception, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a garden-level room, although this was actually a lower category than the room we had paid for. Only after I challenged this did the staff member claim there had been a mix-up. The overall attitude was unfriendly, dismissive and unprofessional. Room service was also far below expectation. The desserts appeared stale, the teapots were old and worn, and the tea was poorly prepared. The most serious incident occurred at breakfast, where my wife slipped and fell because the floor was wet. Fortunately, she was not seriously injured. What was shocking was that nearby staff did not initially assist her. Other guests responded before the hotel employees did, and no visible manager or supervisor took responsibility. Even while leaving, we saw another wet area in the lobby being ignored rather than immediately secured. Any one of these issues could be a service failure. Together, they point to serious problems in staff training, supervision, operational standards and, most importantly, guest safety. I have travelled extensively for decades, and I have rarely experienced so many failures in a single overnight stay. This was simply not consistent with the Swissôtel brand.
