I was frustrated at first because I didnt get the info from hotels.com that you have to fill put some form the hotel emails and then they give you a code and room number because there is no person at a desk! However? They answered the phone when I called at 2am and gave me info immediately so that was great of them.

It was a really nice place; I was looking for apartments, and this location was particularly convenient, close to local shops and public transportation, despite the weather being somewhat overcast and rainy. The room itself was cozy, warm, and well-lit, with comfortable furnishings. I also appreciated how the management handled a “situation” on the deck by other guests, ensuring a respectful and pleasant environment for all.
