The place is dirty. The staff are rude. The pick up the phone and hang it up. The breakfast was a joke!!!!!filing complaint either bbb and health department

No hot water in the shower, toilet wouldn’t flush, floor in bathroom would “sink” when you stepped in. Spend more money to stay elsewhere.

I have stayed in over 1000 hotels in my life and this one was, by far, the worst. Hotel is not maintained inside or out, it smelled, no housekeeping services for the 5 days we were there, carpet dirty, marginal breakfast food, lukewarm water for a shower and I could go on and on and on…….

This is not in a safe location, property is falling apart, was advertised to have an airport shuttle and they did not, the only positive is that the sheets appeared clean and the AC worked. Staff was generally kind but I have seen some sketchy places and this was at the top of the list. The only reason I did not immediately leave is that there were literally no other open rooms anywhere in the area

When I pulled in the parking lot I should have known better. Decided to stay anyway. Room was unkempt, mold in bathroom, room needed paint, and new linens. Woke up felt terrible and checked out 4 nights early.

Amenities said airport shuttle that was a key factor in choosing, the hotel has no shuttle. Dirty hair in the tub filthy walls throughout, horrible.
