Maybe it’s because of the Kingston area but a bit pricy for location. Breakfast is quite simple. Parking is excellent.

Recently renovated rooms, very clean, comfy beds, nice breakfast for the hotel’s category. Ample parking. Staff very helpful as well.

Clean and functional room (booked a 1-bedroom suite). It was very useful having a separate room with a sofa bed and TV as well as fridge and microwave. Bedroom was spacious and beds comfortable. Not too far from downtown Kingston and well-located if visiting Fort Henry or driving to Gananoque (1000 Islands). Having breakfast included was nice although it could be improved by adding some more variety like more fruit, cream cheese, bagels, etc--but nice to have a waffle maker and boiled eggs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very happy with our stay.
