The property looks like its maintained by children, random streaks of paint from accent walls on ceilings and non-accent walls, and doors, leaky faucets in shower and sink, cigarette burns in the bedding, "breakfast bar" is a joke yogurt and apple juice, non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke, A/C unit surges and hums all night, bathroom door wouldn't fully shut as it didn't fit the frame, carpets are stained, quiet hours are not observed nor enforced. If I was Mr.Ballotti (CEO of Wyndham) I would remove my partnership or revoke thier franchise immediately. The parking lot would have been a cleaner choice to sleep in. Absolutely horrible, I'd rather go back and sleep in the deserts of Iraq again with incoming mortar fire than stay another night here.

Not really a breakfast, a grab and go. No room as the breakfast room, laundry and ice were all in the same room. The hallway had a musty smell. There were people smoking in their rooms and you could smell it in our room, which was smoke free.

From the moment we walked in our room. It smelled musty! We have stayed before but this probably was our last! Also terrible breakfast

Easy to check in online staff and owner rude the only nice person was the old man on night shift the day I got checked in and got to my room the maintenance guy just came in my room without knocking he just opened the door and let himself in.the Refrigerator didn't work in the room there is not hottub or pool
