One of the worse places we ever stayed in. Hot water did not work in the bathtub. Then the manager forgot to tell maintenance (outside contactor I am sure, maybe from a local seedy establishment ) so they let us use another room with working hot water the next day that was not rented. My wife tripped and her hand hit the old room door latch mount, that should have been removed long ago. I use to do safety audits at my old job and this place has many issues that I can see, including electrical. I wonder if Super8 is just now being drained of resources to maximize payouts at the top. I remember when this chain use to be much better. We tried to get a partial refund but we're told they could not do that because of booking through a third party.

The rooms are badly out dated. The beds and pillows ate uncomfortable. Bathrooms are dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE. ROACH INFESTED 1st FLOOR. GAVE MY DAUGHTER THE WRONG ROOM AND BLAMED THE WEBSITE. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND HER ROOM DUE TO THE ROACHES. I AM GOING TO THE BBB TO GET HER REFUND. MY ROOM WAS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. PLUS HANGING FROM WALL I HAVE A TODDLER. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
