The room was smelly like smoke (even though was supposed to be nonsmoking) there’s were burns marks on the luggage stand, the bed cover AND the fitted sheet had cigarettes burn hole, you could hear and feel the springs in the bed, the bathroom door would not close and was actually rusted off its hinge, the security latch on the room door was broken and busted one one to was not functional either and the carpet and bed cover were stained. I’m not sure this room should be rented for anyone’s money!

The receptionist was extremely rude and provided the worst customer service. I arrived around midnight and had called the hotel earlier to let her know that I would be checking in late. She said “okay” on the phone, so I expected everything to be fine. However, when I arrived, she didn’t greet me or even acknowledge me. Instead, she rudely said, “We are fully booked,” and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and made the check-in experience very unpleasant. I understand that it was late and the hotel may have been busy, but there is no excuse for treating a guest this way. Very disappointing experience and definitely the worst customer service I have received at a hotel.

Deposit is $200 . The front desk staff did not process the refund back. Had to call a couple of times to get it processed Cofee machine was was broke Sink tap did not function properly

Just a place to stay the night when you need it. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean.
