Great location, staff were amazing. I took ill and required a doctor, which they swiftly arranged, They then arranged a taxi to take me hospital. During my stay in hospital the staff were very attentive and looked after my sister who was left alone in the hotel. Rooms were spotless with great amenities and a lovely balcony with loungers that I used instead of going to the pool when I was discharged so that I could use the facilities in the apartment. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel. The only downside is lots of steps, if you are infirm this could be an issue. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

Property is clean. Children are not allowed to have floaties or balls in the pool which was a shame.

Great complex, stayed a few times now and is my go to apartment complex. Great staff at reception and they offer luggage storage and shower facilities outwith your checkout. Meant I enjoyed my last day walking around until heading to airport. B206 was lovely 2 bedroom apartment looking on to the side street so away from the bars. Sun was hitting the balcony in July and was there all day. Comfortable cushioned sun loungers too. Location is great too. Short walk to san eugenio in one direction or short walk to fanabe the other. Plenty of bars n food places in and around Torviscas too. Easy to recommend sunset bay.
