Overall, most of our stay was good value for money, and the majority of the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience around the pool really let the stay down. The sunbed reservation system seems very flawed and was handled poorly by the pool staff. We were asked to move from beds that we had specifically been told to reserve because someone else had arrived there first. We were then directed to different beds, only to later be told we couldn’t stay there because those had been reserved by someone else. It was incredibly frustrating and felt very disorganised. The staff handling the situation didn’t seem to understand or consistently apply their own reservation system, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. On a much more positive note, Fishbone Restaurant was exceptional. The food was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was incredibly well run. The service, organisation and overall dining experience were a real highlight of our stay and deserve special recognition.

rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure about the sunbed allocation system, pro you will always get a sunbed, con those with the best sunbed locations don't always use them so left empty. lovely beach in front of hotel and close to lots of restaurants and bars which offer variety and good value

Great place. We extended two nights we liked it so much… place was full but the staff made it work for us. If you’re looking at this place online, just hit reserve!!

Everything was great. It’s a good hotel, but there is a huge problem with the mattresses; my back got inflamed because the mattress was extremely soft... However, the staff later provided a room with a sofa, and I am very grateful to them! The hotel is excellent, and so is the location.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed! We even had a beautiful sea view! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our stay at this hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, walkable to old town and the beach. Lots of dining and shopping options.
