We ask you to take your rubbish away with you if it is convenient and, if not, we provide containers for leaving rubbish and recycling at the bach. • Please note there is an extra fee for bookings of more than 4 guests ($20 per extra guest per night) • We may request references for bookings over the xmas/new year period. • Before booking, please read our Safety and Security Policy and Information, which forms part of the rental agreement. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Raumati Beach, a neighborhood in Paraparaumu. Shoppers can check out Coastlands Shoppingtown, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Waikānae Estuary Scientific Reserve and Kapiti Island Nature Reserve. Kayaking and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.
