I won’t return: paint and wallpaper peeling off my bedroom’s walls; a shower that merely dripped water - reported but not addressed during my 4-day stay; and four cask ale pumps, none of which provided ale! For lighter sleepers, it’s noisy too, being surrounded closely on three sides by multi-lane roads.

The stay was great. They had an issue with hot water but every part of the service was exemplary and enjoyed the stay. Have to say that the staff were super helpful and made the stay even better. Huge thanks to them.

Over all good place to stay, not ideal if you have any difficulty with stair. All rooms are on 1st or 2nd floor. Reception is at the bar/ no separate reception for guests. Parking a bit tricky as the building is on a roundabout. Pay parking is available over the road or another car park at rear of property both pay and display. Limited parking at front of property that belongs to the sun. Had to change room as was so hot (weather a contributing factor) Breakfast good A way out of Nottingham city
